All illustrated products are guaranteed against manufacturing defect for 18 months from the date of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for warranty periods longer than this arising from slow stock rotation.

Please note warranty claims should be made by returning the damaged frame(s) to us for examination. We will not pass credits for returned goods. In the event of a successful warranty claim replacement frame(s) (not parts) will be supplied.

Please note for non warranty replacement orders we will again only provide replacement whole frames not parts.

RIDER
Headlines are budget frames - they are fully warranted as above but are not manufactured to the standards of much more expensive models. We suggest you keep adequate stocks for dealing with repairs as the cost of returning them to us is often great.
