TERMS OF TRADE
All purchases from as well as the prices and discounts shown on this web site are subject to payment in accordance with our terms of trade. Existing account holders will have already been provided with a copy of these terms. New account holders will receive their copy at the time their account is opened.

CREDIT ACCOUNTS
Credit terms and credit limits are provided subject to status. Pro Forma accounts must pay strictly in advance.

VAT
All purchases in the UK are subject to VAT at the UK rate of 20%. Purchases from countries inside the EEC are vat exempt but require valid a VAT or IVA number. Orders cannot be processed without one.

CURRENCY AND FREIGHT PRICE FLUCTUATIONS
All advertised prices have been calculated using current foreign exchange and import freight rates.

REFUND POLICY
All goods ordered via this site are supplied initially on 14 days approval. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return all or any part of it within this time for a full refund. Returned goods must be undamaged and unaltered and in the original packaging.
